Kinesio taping for knee pain.

SPORT INJURIES

Those in corporate who are seated most of the day and do not lead an active lifestyle are at increased risk of developing such problems. At the same time, sport injuries also occur frequently owing to incorrect conditioning or external factors. Sprains and strains are one of the most common forms of sport injuries and involve minimal to complete disruption of muscle or ligament fibres.

Dr. Aaron has received extensive training and is a certified chiropractic sports practitioner, having completed a post graduate diploma in sports chiropractic, and is also a member of Chirosport South africa, where he works field side at sporting events.

OUR TWO MAIN OBJECTIVES

Treatment: We provide effective treatment for sports injuries, promoting a return to activity as soon as possible.

Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintenance in the absence of injury, by screening and removing any latent mechanical fixations, resulting in optimized performance, while reducing the risk of injury.

Research has shown that chiropractic increases sports performance. If you are an athlete or physically active, a sports chiropractic assessment is highly recommended.
